Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Armenia. The Call Center Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, handle complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and staying updated on company policies and offerings.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center operations
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Strong Computer Literacy, including familiarity with common software and contact center tools
- Highly organized with good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
