Wärtsilä Energy Business is looking for a Manager,



Market Development – Latam & Caribbean. The preferred location for this position is Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Panama or Mexico. You will report to the General Manager, Market Development, Latam & Caribbean Region and will travel within the region 25 %–40 % of the time, as well as possibly other regions such as the US or Finland.
What will you be doing?
Market development is a key function in originating new opportunities and implementing the Energy Business Strategy in the AMER area. It creates a market and originates opportunities for our flexibility value proposition/technology in selected key focus countries through:
- Market understanding & modelling, stakeholder influencing, advocating for policy changes, defining value propositions, and influencing and changing IRP’s/PDP’s/tenders.
