We are looking for International Logistics Coordinators to support both air and ocean freight operations, ensuring efficient execution of import and export processes while maintaining high service standards and operational accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate air and ocean import/export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Track shipments and maintain real-time visibility across all stages of the logistics process.
- Communicate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring on-time delivery and service quality.

Qualifications




- 1–3 years of experience in Air and/or Ocean Freight (Imports & Exports)
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and shipment coordination
- Experience with TMS, tracking tools, and logistics platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
