As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing clarity, compassion, and confidence from the very first conversation.

Our client is seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional who can balance human connection with analytical thinking in a fast-paced legal environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first voice potential clients hear, conducting intake evaluations with empathy, professionalism, and strong judgment
- Research claims, identify patterns, and draft concise internal memos to support attorney decision-making
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the firm's CRM, document systems, and calendars
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth intake and case onboarding processes
- Support operational needs as they arise, including assisting with new-hire training
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Requirements
