Lead Retoucher

The Lead Retoucher is a highly experienced professional with outstanding design expertise and a solid foundation in leadership and strategic thinking. The Principal Retoucher ensures all deliverables are of exceptional quality, meet project requirements, and align with brand guidelines, while continually seeking ways to drive the brand's visual narrative forward, with an emphasis on digital retouching, across various media platforms.

Responsibilities
- Direct the creative team in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style across all final assets, focusing on digital retouching, producing visually captivating designs, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Oversee the execution of a variety of enhanced print and digital assets, including social media graphics, website designs, marketing collateral,



multimedia presentations, and retouched photographs.
- Lead and manage the adaptation, resizing, and retouching of assets for various media platforms and formats.
- Provide strategic design direction, implement feedback, and ensure all designs and retouched images meet project requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Supervise various production tasks, such as image clean-up, digital retouching, prepping files, and preparing assets for delivery, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Mentor, guide, and manage junior and senior team members, promoting collaboration, skill-driven growth in digital retouching, and a forward-thinking working environment.
