What will you do?
- Develop, negotiate, and execute business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, controls, cost effectiveness, and user/customer relationships.
- Design and maintain an effective and cost-efficient organizational structure aligned with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to an effective Management Control Program, including proper use of escalation matrices.
- Manage the resolution of operational issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken and recurrence is prevented.
- Apply expert-level knowledge of Securities Operations processes, systems, and controls across multiple geographic locations.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of policies and procedures across other areas of the Bank.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of general securities regulations, industry standards, and financial products.

What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economy, financial engineering or related.
- Ability to manage in a rapidly changing environment regarding policies, procedures, automated systems and client needs.
- Expert knowledge of domestic and foreign Securities Industry conventions and regulatory requirements
- Expert knowledge of Securities Operations’ processes, systems, and controls in multiple geographic locations
- Good knowledge of policies and procedures in other areas of the Bank
- Extensive knowledge of regulations associated with the securities Industry and products globally.
- Experience leading teams
- B2 level of English because you will work hand in hand with our headq
