Purpose of the role

The Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager plays a critical operational role on global client engagements spanning more than 50 countries. Working with senior legal, business and client leadership, the role manages day‑to‑day budgeting and coordination of services, ensuring consistent execution across teams, ALSPs and technology platforms. The Manager owns the full budget lifecycle—from annual planning and forecasting through real‑time monitoring and reallocation—and acts as the primary financial partner to firm partners and client stakeholders, in collaboration with a integral billing coordinator.



The Manager also leads legal service delivery efficiency initiatives and the integration of AI and automation into financial workflows, turning manual processes into intelligent, scalable systems and serving as a trusted operational partner for the Firm's most strategically important client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead annual budget planning and monitoring for complex, value‑based fee arrangements, ensuring real‑time visibility into financial performance
- Act as primary financial partner to Partners and client stakeholders on budget planning, spend optimization, and fee arrangements
- Develop, manage, and report on multi‑jurisdictional matter budgets in coordination with the Integral Billing Coordinator, ensuring compliance with client OCGs
- Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for large, cross‑border client programs across 50+ countries, with clear governance and reportin
