Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume recruiting operations, with a primary focus on improving candidate processing speed, particularly for late-week and after-hours applicants. This role is designed to maintain recruiting momentum, enhance candidate experience, and ensure timely movement through the hiring pipeline.This position follows a Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM schedule to capture applicant activity outside of traditional business hours and support recruiter readiness for the following day.
