What a typical day will be like:
This position will be responsible to act as a Project Analyst for strategic Latam Projects, ensuring correct project structuring, coordination, execution, value realization, follow up and reporting. This role collaborates with Solution Lines, and other local and general ABS capabilities including operations and product/platform/service teams, to prioritize and oversee value delivery for their remit.




- Review and reinvent Project Methodology for Latam teams
- Lead Strategic projects with focus on business impact
- Advise and manage project development from beginning to end: Define project scope, goals, and results that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and collaborators
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively conduct resource planning for all project work
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Implement"as-is" Process mapping and diagnose process maturity
- develop "as is" processes incorporating region best practices
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and collaborators in a timely and clear fashion
