Role Summary:

- Guide the team through the planning, execution, and analysis stages of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure marketing projects adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
Preferred Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficiency in ClickUp for managing complex digital marketing projects.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and implement improvements.
Leading and Collaborating With:
- Directly leading a team focused on digital marketing projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and project management, particularly in leading marketing projects to successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing remote teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
