Senior Experience Designer

The Senior Experience Designer works to establish and drive the creative, holistic vision of a project, through to detailed design and delivery of digitally enabled experiences across service, interaction, and visual design, while directly collaborating with other Designers, Strategists, Technologists, Program Managers.

Primary Job Responsibilities:




- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a highly collaborative and iterative environment.
- Be curious, driving to and building upon the purpose behind the ask. Outcome, not task, focused.
- Contribute to planning, conducting, and synthesizing design research, primary and secondary, and using that to frame the context and shape the path forward.
- Use learnings from design research to build visualizations for user archetypes, journey maps, service blueprints.
- Help shape cohesive foundational conceptual directions to unify and align with team and client.
- Craft designs (mobile, web, and beyond) that meet the needs of both business and customer, while exceeding a high bar of design and experience excellence.
- Present creative solutions to clients with well-articulated and clear rationale.
- Review project responsibilities and timelines, anticipating challenges and opportunities to exceed expectations within the project budget.
