The Impact of a Sr. Legal Specialist at Coupa:
The Legal Specialist will be part of the broader global Coupa Commercial Legal team,



reporting to the Head of LATAM Commercial Legal.
What You’ll Do:
- Being the first employee on a team designed to support the Global Commercial Legal Organization, by helping drive efficiency and support key commercial legal contractual and operational activities
- Preparation, review and negotiation of a variety of commercial documents and contracts, including primarily without limitation: Non-Disclosure Agreements (and helping to establish the global ‘NDA Desk’, assignment and novation agreements, divestiture letter agreements, legal notices, data protection addendums, and other customer contract amendments, in support of customers across all regions where Coupa does business (North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM)).
- Interacting with and supporting the Global Commercial Legal Operations Director with the implementation and ongoing improvement of internal contract management systems, processes and initiatives.
