About the Project

We are building a multi-user phone system inside GoHighLevel (GHL) for Latin America. The system will centralize calls, routing, extensions, tracking, and CRM integration, using non-Twilio VoIP providers suitable for the region. We are looking for a medium specialist who can lead the project end-to-end: from design to deployment, team guidance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the implementation of a GHL-based phone system for multiple users.
- Select and configure a VoIP provider (other than Twilio) adapted to LatAm.
- Enable inbound/outbound calls, extensions, call routing, recording, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure smooth integration with GHL pipelines, contacts, and automations.
- Provide strategic guidance, SOPs, and training for internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize for call quality, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements:
- Proven expertise in GoHighLevel advanced setup (beyond campaigns, into infrastructure).
- Strong experience with VoIP providers (Telnyx, Plivo, Zenvia, Infobip, VoIP.ms, etc.).




- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver scalable telephony solutions.
- Knowledge of PBX/VoIP systems (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX is a plus).
- Familiarity with LatAm telecom regulations and DID availability.
- Strong integration/API experience (connecting GHL with telephony).
- Must be based in Latin America.
- English and Spanish fluency.

Nice to Have
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API and omnichannel integrations.
- Background in contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with SIP trunks, WebRTC, and multi-tenant environments.
