El Rol
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with client services teams and shared service centers.
- Work closely with the Operations team, providing specialist technical advisory support to ensure alignment between policies and procedures.
- Compile and verify data from various sources, including reinsurance policies, proposals, and signed slips.
- Monitor, review, and report on billing and accounting information, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
- Maintain regular interaction with cedents, reinsurers, and third parties, to understand their needs and provide timely support.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications:
Los Requerimientos
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Computer skills, including Inbroker, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Basic knowledge in financial mathematics.
- Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong client service orientation.
- Ability to identify and find essential information.
