This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is integral to our development process. They consistently deliver actionable insights that help our game teams optimize software performance and elevate gameplay.

You will join us as a Development Manager, reporting to the Development Director.

You will work closely with the FC Live team, overseeing QA project planning and execution with studio partners.



You will collaborate with development teams and QA peers to coordinate project schedules, strategize tests, and manage project metrics. You will be an essential part of the knowledge transfer process and communication with the game team and partner groups. In partnership with QA leaders, you will work towards enhancing QA practices, sharing expertise, and advocating for game design and implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Modify priorities on the fly based on critical changes
- Balance scope, timelines, and overall project quality
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage blockers, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met
- Ensure effective reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, including developers, analysts, and producers
- Conduct regular meetings, such as stand-ups and planning sessions, to align team efforts
