Job Description:
An Agile Release Train (ART)is a "team of teams" that delivers value through coordinated, cross-functional efforts. The Release Train Engineer (RTE)is responsible for guiding and managing the ART’s execution and alignment. This role facilitates program-level processes, escalates impediments, manages risks, and drives continuous improvement across the program.





RTEs typically come from backgrounds in program or engineering management. They possess a strong understanding of scaling Lean and Agile practices and are skilled at navigating the unique challenges of coordinating large-scale development initiatives. In this position, you will report directly to the Campus Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Scrum Masters in execution and tracking of features and capabilities
- Coach teams to collaborate effectively rather than merely coordinate tasks
- Foster and encourage individual growth and development
- Actively listen and support teams in identifying problems and making decisions
- Mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile principles and mindsets
- Cultivate an environment of continuous learning and relentless improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fiel
