We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to manage and process client communication needs, ensuring efficient internal coordination and timely delivery of content projects with high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Receive requests and requirements to execute assigned client content projects.
- Maintain direct daily communication with clients, acting as a liaison between departments to ensure the successful completion of content requests.
- Monitor all processes to guarantee timely task assignments within the team.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, project scope, deadlines, negotiations, and service processes, as well as other areas involved in project execution.




- Understand the operations of different departments to effectively guide and connect clients with the appropriate teams for optimal service.
- Oversee the entire process from request reception, guidance, tracking, execution, and completion of all brand projects, including post-sale follow-up of delivered content.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination.
- Strong communication in English and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
