Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews
- Provide operational support during the entire recruiting lifecycle; including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer extended, and onboarding
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders
- Support recruiters with end-to-end testing coordination, including setting up tests, providing instructions, and monitoring progress

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources or related field preferred
1+ years of recruiting experience

Overall administrative/Backoffice experience required
Proficient knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
Good organization skills and ability to multitask
Attention to details and data accuracy
Strong analytical abilities
