- Conduct onboarding processes for new hires, including drug testing, background checks, and paperwork.
Employee Management:
- Manage workers' compensation reporting and claims.
- Update Paycom with changes in employee information, such as promotions, pay changes, and other relevant data.
- Translate and disseminate the CEO's monthly video to employees.
- Coordinate temporary staffing needs.
- Approve HR-related invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee files and records.
Annual and Periodic Tasks:
- Assist with the completion of the annual Census form for medical insurance renewal.
- Schedule employee training, monitor status, and maintain records.
- Schedule performance reviews, monitor status, and keep accurate records.
- Provide management with HR reporting, such as turnover rates, benefit participation, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain an up-to-date employee list.
- Update employee communication boards to include birthdays, anniversaries, special events, etc.
