Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and organize documents for client meetings, court filings, discovery, and legal proceedings.
- Manage and maintain client files and electronic records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, motions, and other court filings.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
- Draft correspondence to clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation,



including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials.
- Monitor case deadlines and maintain attorney calendars.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Perform other essential departmental functions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
- JD/Law degree from your home country with relevant legal experience, or a minimum of 2 years as a Paralegal/Case Manager in a law firm (preferably in the U.S.).
- Extensive experience in Criminal Defense Law is strongly preferred.:
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills (C1-C2 level).
- Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and case management software.
- Excellent analytical abilities, organizational, and time management skills.
