Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans in order to coach new hires regarding the product assign, making sure the needs of each agent are meet in order to reach their goals through follow ups.
Provide support and mantain an open communication with his trainees that allows them to identifiy opportunity areas and plan ahead of them.
Conditions:
Basic Salary: 3'000.000 COP
Schedule: 46h per Week
