What we are looking for?

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Boolean Source, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role
- Strong expertise in using Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sou
