WHY JOIN US If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to partner with C-level executives at large US enterprises on AI adoption and digital transformation.
Youll shape high-impact initiatives, translate complex technology into business outcomes, and lead clients from strategy through execution.
A strong fit for senior professionals equally at home in executive conversations and hands-on technical delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and V-level executives within large enterprise organizations; - Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption; - Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support execution end-to-end; - Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes; - Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement; - Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
MUST HAVES - 6+ years of experience in U.S.
consulting ; - Experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - Experience in large enterprises and participating in or leading digital transformation or modernization programs ; - Advanced English (written and spoken); - Strong technical understanding of IT projects; - Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills; - Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel quarterly.

Account Manager
10+ years in management consulting, digital consulting, or enterprise technology services Proven track record of delivering double-digit NRR growth across a multi-million dollar enterprise portfolio Strong technical IT background, with hands-on understanding of custom software development, modernization initiatives, and enterprise platforms.
Experience guiding digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives Executive presence with ability to influence, challenge, and build trust with senior leaders U.S.-based, preferably near New York or the Bay Area, with availability for periodic client travel; OR Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel once per quarter.
