Requisitos y funciones

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience.

- At least 2–3 years of experience in Software Support or Operations.

- Experience with mobile or online identity solutions is strongly preferred.

- Ability to think creatively and work independently.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with end customers and product management teams.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.

- Excellent written and reading proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and viewpoints.

- Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with rapidly evolving technologies and trends.

- Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines.

- Customer-focused mindset with a strong support and responsiveness orientation.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile application deployment (iOS and Android) and backend solutions supporting mobile applications.

- Proven experience in business analysis.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex product development cycles and highly technical solutions.
