Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The adecuado candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.




- Proven experience as a Project Manager in [industry/sector].
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Experience working with remote or international teams.

​​​​Compensation

$1,500 - $2,500 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience.
