We are currently looking for Customer Support Agents in Colombia with BPO experience to join our growing remote team.

About the Role
Were seeking a detailoriented and analytical Customer Support Agent who can deliver clear, structured, and solutionfocused support to customers.
In this role, youll act as a trusted point of contact, helping users navigate complex topics, resolve issues efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
What Youll Do
Handle highvolume customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat.
Meet performance metrics Call Handling, CSAT, QA, etc..
Simplify complex information into clear, easytounderstand responses.
Investigate issues thoroughly and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with relevant teams for problemsolving.
Accurately document interactions in ticketing systems.
Work independently while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
What Were Looking For
Must be based in Colombia.
B2 English level or higher written spoken.
Previous BPO customer support experience in similar roles and or scope of work.




Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written communication
Solutionoriented and selfdriven.
Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely.
Available to start soon.
