What You’ll Do
As a Spanish-English Customer Support Associate, you’ll support customers from Spanish-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat. You’ll answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction feels professional, helpful, and customer-focused.
This role goes beyond simply responding to inquiries — it’s about creating positive customer experiences, building trust, and representing Talent Pop App’s commitment to high-quality support.
Your Day-to-Day

- Provide timely, professional, and friendly customer support in both Spanish and English through calls and live chat
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and guide customers through solutions clearly and efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates
- Identify recurring concerns and share feedback to support process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned on workflows and priorities
- Deliver customer experiences that reflect Talent Pop App’s service standards and values

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience or experience in a similar support role




- Experience providing bilingual customer support is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Experience with tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer support platforms is a plus
- Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent in both Spanish and English

Technical Requirements

- Personally owned laptop or desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
- Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for calls
