About the Company:

Escort Monitoring System Group is an international research and manufacturing company specializing in the development and production of high-precision measurement equipment for transport telematics and meteorology.

Our offices and logistics hubs are located in the UAE, Mexico, India, Kazakhstan, China, Brazil, and South Africa.

We supply our products to more than 150 countries worldwide.

We have our own manufacturing facilities and a full-cycle process for the development and testing of technically complex measurement devices.

Due to active business expansion in Latin America, we are looking for a Technical & Commercial Manager in Colombia.

Responsibilities:

— Develop the client base and actively promote the company’s products across Colombia

— Conduct presentations, technical installations, and equipment commissioning activities

— Search for and attract new system integrators

— Manage relationships with existing clients: support, issue resolution, and payment control

— Promote the Escort brand within the transport telematics market in Colombia

— Participate in industry events such as exhibitions, conferences, and seminars

— Monitor the market, including competitors, trends, and new business development opportunities





— Has English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher — all communication with the central office is conducted in English

— Is currently located in Colombia

— Has experience in B2B sales (preferably in telematics, transportation, IT, IoT, GPS monitoring, or automotive industries)

— Has experience working with technically complex equipment (preferably related to vehicles or transportation) and is capable of independently performing equipment installations after training

— Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

— Is ready to conduct technical field visits and installations after training

— Is able to work autonomously and is result-oriented

— Holds a technical college or university degree

— Is ready for business trips across Colombia (up to 40% of working time)
