Senior Brand Designer – Issued InkCompensation

Starting salary: 5,000,000 COP per month during the initial 90-day probationary period.

Following a successful probationary review based on performance, creative quality, consistency, and overall contribution to the Issued Ink brand direction, compensation will increase to 6,500,000 COP per month.

Performance evaluations will consider:

- Design quality and aesthetic alignment
- Branding and campaign execution
- Reliability and communication
- Ability to maintain Issued Ink’s high-end urban visual identity
- Creative contribution and initiative

Position Type

Full-time, in-office position based in Medellín, Colombia.

Issued Ink is a modern marketing, media, and creative company rooted in tattoo culture, urban aesthetics, luxury branding, fashion-inspired visuals, and high-end creative direction.

We work with artists, studios, campaigns, media projects, productions, and premium brands across multiple industries. Our visual identity is clean, cinematic, elevated, modern, and internationally focused.

This is not a basic graphic design role.

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands premium branding, fashion-forward visuals, typography, visual storytelling, and modern urban culture.

Position Overview

Issued Ink is looking for a high-level Senior Brand Designer who can help build and maintain a strong visual identity across campaigns, advertisements, social media, branding systems, artist promotions, merchandise, decks, and creative projects.

You should naturally understand aesthetics similar to premium streetwear brands, luxury nightlife branding, music visuals, editorial layouts, cinematic advertising, and modern tattoo culture.

We are looking for someone with exceptional taste, strong creative instincts, and the ability to create work that feels internationally competitive.

Responsibilities

- Develop high-end branding systems and visual identities




- Design premium marketing materials and advertising creatives
- Create elevated social media content and campaign graphics
- Maintain visual consistency across Issued Ink and associated brands
- Design merchandise concepts, apparel graphics, promotional materials, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing managers, video editors, and creative teams
- Contribute creative direction and branding ideas to campaigns and productions
- Create visuals that feel modern, cinematic, urban, and premium
- Assist in developing long-term visual identity systems for company growth

Requirements
- 4+ years of professional graphic design or branding experience
- Strong portfolio with branding-focused work
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- High-level aesthetic awareness and attention to detail
- Experience with fashion, luxury, music, tattoo, nightlife, lifestyle, or urban culture brands is highly preferred
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to take direction while also contributing original creative ideas

Bonus Qualifications
- Motion graphics experience
- Video editing knowledge
- Experience designing for apparel or merchandise
- Experience with creative direction or brand strategy
- Understanding of advertising creatives and paid media campaigns
- Photography or cinematic visual experience

Portfolio quality and artistic taste matter heavily for this role.
