Role Overview:
Lead the accounting team for smooth daily operations. Own the accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of financial processes, leveraging Net Suite, AI, and automation. Ensure consolidated reporting aligns with U.S. GAAP and relevant international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own close processes with U.S. GAAP and integral compliance.
- Maintain accurate consolidated financials and controls.
- Oversee GL, revenue, AP/AR, payroll, and expenses.
- Manage audits, tax, and compliance.
Systems & Net Suite:
- Own Net Suite setup, reporting, and integrations.
- Build dashboards and automate workflows.
- Lead system enhancements and seamless integrations.
- Use AI and automation to speed up close and forecasting.
- Automate manual processes for scalable operations.
Reporting & Insights:
- Deliver timely, consolidated reports aligned with U.S. GAAP and global standards.
- Analyze margins and profitability.
- Support leadership with forecasting and decisions.
- Lead and develop the accounting team.
- Partner cross-functionally as a strategic finance partner.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 7+ years in accounting/finance leadership.
- Strong U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidation experience.
- Proven process improvement and automation success.
Preferred:
- Growth-stage or PE-backed environment background.
