The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation operations by scheduling appointments, managing load information, and maintaining constant communication with clients and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple communication channels efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

- Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments based on ETA.
- Create and update loads in the client’s Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Review and upload tender information accurately.
- Monitor emails and shared documents constantly.
- Maintain communication through Teams, Slack, Gmail, and Outlook.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate issues to the appropriate point of contact (POC).
- Ensure loads are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.

Skills and Knowledge:

- 6 months of logistics experience.
- Experience working with Revanova TMS. (It's a plus)
