Key Responsibilities:
- Rate Negotiation: Quote, negotiate, and lock in competitive rates with carriers to optimize profit margins.
- Carrier Sales: Build and maintain strong relationships with transport networks to secure freight capacity.
- Load Tracking: Proactively monitor and track LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) shipments from pickup to delivery, resolving any transit issues efficiently.
- Operations Management: Ensure compliance with customer requirements and maintain high company service standards.
- English Level: B2 or C1 (Advanced/Fluent). The entire operation,
daily negotiations, and communications are conducted in English.
- Education: Degree or ongoing studies in Logistics, International Business, Administration, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. (Previous experience in US logistics is a huge plus).
What We Offer:
- Location: 100% Remote just in Barranquilla.
- Base Salary: $3,520,000 COP + an attractive commission structure.
- Contract Type: Indefinite term contract providing long-term job stability.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Calendar: We operate according to the US Calendar
