QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight management customer service, or a related role
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
Experience with SAP and logistics/transportation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Knowledge of international trade and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships across teams and with clients.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or similar tools).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• B2+ level of English
