We are searching for the best talent for a **Regional Demand Planning Sr.
Analyst **to be located in São Paulo, Brazil; Bogotá, Colombia; Santiago, Chile or Mexico City, Mexico.
**Purpose**:
This position will have a significant impact in Regional DPS Supply Chain leading the deployment of Demand Planning process and strategy across LATAM countries.
The purpose of this role is to guarantee that our strategy, methodology and best-practices are being implemented accurately by local operations.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Implement, train, and audit our core Demand Planning processes.
- Work closely with our local Demand planners to supervise process performance.
- Cultivate collaboration across countries by identifying the best practices in the region.
- Remove roadblocks and find opportunities for process improvement.
- Find key insights for DPS business-based data to strength our data driven decision process.
- Bring and encourage innovation to develop digital tools that can support our local operation or bring efficiencies to our processes.
- Develop deep process knowledge across all areas involved in our DPS operational model by improving our onboarding program for new employees.
**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 5 years of experience in supply or demand planning positions in any industry.
- Effective communication with different partners in across company.
- Leadership by influence and ability to build strong collaborative relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills driven on data analysis.
- Experience developing or deploying new solutions/tools/processes.
- High motivation to learn, innovate and transform our business.
**EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's Degree Completed
**REQUIRED**:
- Microsoft 365 knowledge (Work, Power Point, Excel, Etc.).
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong knowledge in ERP & Planning systems
- English - Advanced
