We are seeking a skilled Word
Press Developer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full stack development of Word
Press websites, focusing on both front-end and back-end functionalities.
You will collaborate with our design, content, and development teams to create seamless and optimized websites that meet client requirements and provide an excellent user experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage both front-end and back-end components of Word
Press websites.
- Customize and style Word
Press themes and templates according to project specifications.
- Implement responsive and visually appealing designs, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Create and modify custom plugins and themes to extend website functionality.
- Optimize website performance for fast load times, efficient code, and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct regular updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure website security and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including performance and server-side errors.
- Maintain and improve code quality, performance, and adherence to web standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Java
Script.
- Experience with Word
Press theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles, as well as frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of database optimization, security practices, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for visual consistency and design aesthetics.
- Ability to troubleshoot both front-end and back-end issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across departments.
**Good to Have**:
- Experience with Java
Script frameworks (e.g., React or Vue) for enhanced front-end functionality.
- Familiarity with Woo
Commerce or other eCommerce plugins for Word
Press.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and UX/UI design principles.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance website capabilities.
- good knowledge of SCSS.
