The Position

Empresa confidencial is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in Colombia.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate,



timely, and compliant execution of payroll and social security processes for our workforce.

This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex payroll operations, uphold Colombian labor and tax regulations, and deliver exceptional support to both employees and leadership.

You will act as a trusted partner in safeguarding compliance while enabling efficiency, transparency, and employee satisfaction, maintaining strict compliance with Colombian labor laws and regulations.

You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external advisors to deliver seamless payroll operations that support our company’s growth.

What You Will Do

Payroll Processing

Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for all Colombian employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Administer monthly payroll cycles, including prenómina validation, approval workflows, and definitive payroll closure.
