As a customer support representative, you will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Handle pre purchase inquiry inbound phone calls.
- Handle post purchase inbound phone calls.
- Handle post purchase technical troubleshoot phone calls.
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
