medtechrec is partnered with a growing, privately held general medical device organisation specialising in sports medicine to recruit a Product Specialist to support continued expansion across Colombia.

The organisation operates internationally and combines strong commercial growth with a collaborative, people-led culture.

This role sits at the centre of the regional commercial strategy and plays a critical part in supporting clinicians, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Position Overview

The Product Specialist acts as the key link between the companys product portfolio, its commercial partners, and the clinical community.

As the regional subject-matter expert, the role combines deep product knowledge, market intelligence, and partner enablement to ensure solutions are clearly understood, effectively positioned, and confidently adopted.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager, the Product Specialist supports regional sales strategy through technical expertise, pricing insight, and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities





Product Expertise & Market Insight
- Serve as the regional product expert, maintaining in-depth knowledge of product features, clinical applications, and supporting evidence.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights to the Business Development Manager on pricing opportunities and challenges.

Partner & Customer Enablement
- Support distributor partners in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
- Deliver structured product training and technical presentations to partners, clinicians, and internal teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for complex clinical or technical product enquiries.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with distributors, partners, and end-user clinicians.
