About the Role

Mission
Grow the business through the acquisition of new allies for the SMBs segment by acquiring small and medium merchants that accept Addi as a payment method, working directly in the field to identify, contact, secure new allies and implement actions based on analytical insights.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Merchant Acquisition: Conduct field sweeps to identify, contact and sign potential merchant partners per city.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
- Commercial Area Analysis: Analyze and understand key commercial zones to identify business opportunities.
- Execute strategies to maximize Addi's presence in these areas.
- B2B and B2C Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing TyC.
- Adapt sales strategies according to the type of merchant and customer.
- Relationship Building and Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of contacts in the commercial sector.
- Conduct cold calls, visits and participate in relevant events to expand field expansion.
- Follow-up and Reporting: Continuously follow up with prospective and allied merchants.
- Prepare progress and results reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in startups or tech companies, knowledge about KPIs and goal oriented.
- Familiarity with key commercial and business zones in Bogota or around the country.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales,
with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Ability to make cold contacts and generate new business opportunities, pitch development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and follow up with potential clients and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred, but not required).
