Our operations span 6 countries, and we’ve experienced 500% growth in the past two years.

- Position: Outbound Sales Representative (Lead Generator)
- Location: Hybrid - Medellín (2 days in office)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: USD $800 - $900/month
- Type of Contract: Contractor (Prestación de servicios)
- Language Requirement: B2+ English level or higher
- Experience: 1+ years in sales
- English Curriculum Required: Yes

We are seeking highly motivated Lead Generators to help grow our customer base and create valuable sales opportunities. This role is focused on outbound calls to clients from our internal database—guiding them through the order process and gathering relevant information.

Note: This is not a closing role initially.



Once the lead has been qualified and all necessary product/order details are collected, it will be handed off to the sales team for quotation and final sale.

However, this is a growth-focused position with a clear career path. After a period of outbound lead generation, team members will receive full training to begin handling inbound sales calls and, eventually, take full ownership of the sales cycle, including closing. We’re investing in people who want to grow their careers in sales.
