As a Senior FP&A;, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s financial planning, analysis, and performance management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, and delivering clear, actionable insights that help leadership make informed decisions. You will partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to connect financial results with business drivers, supporting both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategic planning.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, planning, and reporting to drive visibility into performance and support profitable growth. The FP&A; Analyst will review, prepare, and maintain management reporting, build driver-based forecasts, and support strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis. You will provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior leadership, helping Talento scale effectively while maintaining strong financial discipline.

Responsibilities





- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability by business line, customer segment, and geography
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing
- Provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales productivity, fill rates, gross margin per FTE, and operating leverage
- Ensure leadership has an accurate, timely view of underlying profitability and trends
- Partner with Operations and Sales to understand performance drivers and identify risks and opportunities
- Oversee the commission process, including the calculation, validation, and administration of commission payouts based on established commission percentages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment wit
