Role Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and architecture for VTEX projects, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
- Review, guide, and approve technical solutions proposed by developers.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring to help team members grow and deliver better quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
- Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Continuously research and advocate for new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep the division at the cutting edge.
- Ensure that projects maintain performance, scalability,



and security standards.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues during project delivery.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, best practice repositories , and technical onboarding processes.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in frontend development, including significant work in e-commerce projects.
- Strong expertise in VTEX IO development and experience with FastStore (preferred).
- Solid understanding of Node.js fundamentals and object-oriented and functional programming principles.
- Experience designing scalable, modular frontend architectures for performance and maintainabil
