We’re Hiring: Recruiter – Bogotá or Medellín (Onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment to join our team in Medellín and provide direct support to the Recruiter Operations Team Lead. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with all legal benefits included. Based on performance and company growth, there is the possibility of extending the contract to an indefinite term.
The adecuado candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates and be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–4 years of experience in mass/high-volume recruitment
- English level: C1 (required) – must be able to conduct interviews and communicate fluently in English
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Contract & Schedule
- Long‑term contract with all legal benefits
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Onsite in Bogotá
- Possibility of indefinite contract extension based on results and growth
Salary
Starting at COP $6,000,000 per month, depending on experience.
