Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in technology‑related sales and account management
- Spanish and English required
- Must be able to work onsite in Medellín, Colombia
- No relocation benefits available
Responsibilities
- Prioritize Solution Plays and align to Area Opportunity Framework - Innovate, Balance & Scale
- Lead Copilot growth by emphasizing business value, comprehensive security, and Employee transformation with Viva, fostering adoption, and delivering impact to expand seats. Partner with BizApps Specialists on extensibility
- Lead ME3 cloud penetration with ME3 + Copilot and continuing D2C and OtoM sales motions
- Develop Windows 365 opportunities and AVD workload
