Job Summary

As an Automation lead you will report on‑site to the Development Director in the EA Bogota office.



You will be a Subject Matter Expert responsible for understanding and facilitating the full scope of the group's automation projects, and report on their outcomes. You will also guide teams in implementing advanced automation opportunities within their respective areas, collaborating with internal and external partners at several levels.

Your Responsibilities

- Automation Strategy and Implementation – Propose and own small‑medium scope automation strategies and implement from start to finish.
- Collaboration and Mentorship – Help others to contribute to automation and support their learning journey.
- Automation Guidance – Guide others in determining what and how to automate in their own respective areas.
- Tools and Efficiency – Recommend and help implement new tools or features to promote future efficiency opportunities.
