Position: Handyman (Maintenance Specialist)

Location: Bogota, Colombia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, patching, cleaning, and basic facility repairs.
- Conduct minor repairs on company machinery, equipment, and appliances as needed.
- Identify and report major maintenance issues requiring specialized attention.
- Inspect facilities and common areas regularly to detect mechanical problems, safety hazards, or cleanliness issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and service calls.
- Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair work in accordance with safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken communication).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance, facilities, or technical support role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills,



with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Availability for rotational 12-hour day and night shifts.
- Knowledge of HVAC/Air Con system maintenance is an asset.
- Height work certification is a plus.
