Position: Light Technician

Location: Bogota, Colombia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the setup and operation of technical equipment in continuous or live production environments, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment; support troubleshooting and escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
- Provide updates to supervisors on daily operations, equipment condition, and any technical concerns.
- Follow safety standards and industry best practices, ensuring all operations meet compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with other technical teams to integrate systems and achieve seamless production workflows.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate logs of equipment use and stay informed on relevant industry trends and emerging technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Prior experience in technical operations within studio, production, or live event environments.



Familiarity with equipment and control systems relevant to the role.
- Ability to read and follow technical plans or instructions. Understanding of safety standards and operational best practices.
- Capable of assisting with troubleshooting under pressure in fast-paced, live environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and availability to work varied shifts, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Familiarity with software tools or systems relevant to technical operations.
- Technical certification or formal training in a related field (e.g., audiovisuals, electrical, electronics, or production technology).
