- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation packages, which may include bills of materials, cost estimates, and weight/structural calculations.

Key Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CAD systems
- Education: Typically requires an Associate’s degree, technical school certification, or a Bachelor's degree in engineering, drafting, or architecture.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading/writing technical specifications and spotting design errors.
- Math & Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to calculate angles, weights, material costs, and dimensions.
