The role:
Role responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
- Ability to independently lead project and client teamsProficient in status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Define and run a regular cadence of delivery ceremonies to provide visibility, gather feedback, drive progression and continuously improve (e.g. stand-ups, regular refinements, retros etc.)
- Proficient in leading both Agile and fixed-scope/budget projects
- Coach the team and/or client to help them understand and align on ways of working




- Coach the team on using the right deliverables at the right times for successful outcomes.
- Own the collaboration model for process ownership and pragmatic delivery approaches.
- Tracking budgets and ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, working with client service teams on any mitigation of commercial risk.
- Tracking delivery data for your project to improve flow/throughput, share progress updates, forecast and identify team challenges.

Product Strategy & Leadership:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product life cycle through leading client projects.Implement effective discovery processes to identify client needs and opportunities.Develop outcomes-oriented roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct ROI analysis to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
- Utilize OKRs, KPIs, and other goal-setting frameworks to measure and drive success.
- Lead feature prioritization and definition
