About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Website Technical Assistant to work on-site in our El Poblado office. This person will handle all technical aspects of our WordPress websites — from setup and maintenance to performance optimization and integrations. You’ll support the design team, perform regular updates, and ensure all websites are secure, functional, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cPanels, domains, and hosting environments.
- Create demo and staging links for new website projects.
- Perform daily updates and technical maintenance across multiple WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical errors and bugs quickly.
- Implement and manage custom code (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript) and advanced Elementor customizations.
- Set up and maintain website security, including SSL, firewalls, and backups.
- Handle client requests — such as updating phone numbers,



adding new sections or buttons, etc.
- Manage integrations (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, forms, APIs, etc.).
- Ensure “living websites” — continuously updated and optimized sites with smooth functionality and modern performance.
- Work closely with the website design team to ensure technical precision and smooth launches.
- Provide technical assistance and support to team members and clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English (spoken and written).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-level WordPress and Elementor experience.
- Strong knowledge of cPanel, FTP, and DNS management.
- Skilled in custom coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
- Experience with security plugins, SSL certificates, and anti-spam measures.
- Proven ability to manage integrations (Meta, Google, CRM, and others).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent in English communication (written and spoken).
